寒いです！明日はマイナス３まで下がるそうです。今日は雪も短時間降りましたが、みぞれに近い雪で積もりはしませんでした。北の方では積もっているようです。日本も寒波で場所によっては大雪になっているようですね。
It’s cold!! Apparently it’ll go down to -3C tomorrow. It did snow for a short time here, but it was very wet snow and didn’t settle. It’s snowed a lot more and did settle in the north of the country. I see that Japan is also being hit by cold weather and snow.
今日の夕食は、ビビンバでした。ビビンバの素を使いましたがもやしを足してソースも足してご飯と炒めて、にんじんとシュガースナップぴーは彩りにトッピングし、目玉焼きものせました。とても美味しかったです！
Today’s dinner was Bibimbap. I did use the kit but added beansprouts when I stir-fried the rice with the cooked vegetables and sauce that come in the kit, but also added some additional sauce as well, then topped it with lightly cooked carrot and sugar snap peas on top to add some colour then a fried egg each as well. It was very tasty.
