今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、ミートポールのパスタでした。夫の１８番。ディリアスミスのレシピですが、レシピよりミートボールをずっと小さくしてもらっています。元のレシピだと４倍くらいの大きさなので、切って食べないといけないのです。
The dinner my husband cooked today was Pasta with Meat Balls, one of his favourite recipes. It’s Delia Smith’s recipe and is always good but I ask him to make the meatballs much smaller than the recipe. This is about 1/4 size of the original. I don’t like having have to cut it – her original recipe is too big to eat each of the meatballs in one mouthful.
