お友達が新しいイタリアンレストラン「Luka」をオープンされ、今日催されたオープニングパーティーにお招きいただき、共通のお友達と一緒にお祝いに伺いました。少し前にソフトオープンされているそうですが、本格的なオープンは今日から。お店は、タンジョンパガールのたくさんレストランが並んでいるところにありました。たくさんの方達がお祝いに駆けつけておられたので中の写真は撮れず、あとで外から撮ろうと思っていたのにそれもうっかり忘れてしまい。。。お店のフェイスブックから、お写真を数枚お借りしました。
A friend of mine opened an Italian restaurant “Luka” in Tanjong Pagar recently and today was their Grand Opening Party, to which our mutual friend and I were invited. I wasn’t able to take any photos of the inside because it was packed with people celebrating their opening but I was planning to take some photos from outside before coming home – but I forgot! So, here are some photos of the restaurant I took from their facebook. They installed a pizza oven from Naples!

たくさんのご馳走が用意されていましたが、なにしろ大勢の方達で動きが取れなかったのでほんの何品かの写真しか撮れず、しかもまともな写真は撮れませんでしたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。
I did manage to take some photos of the food they were serving but as I say it was packed with people and there was hardly room for me to move my position to take them, so they are not very good ones…
ソフトオープンしてからディナーに行かれた知り合いによると、カジュアルでリーズナブルで美味しいとのこと。ランチやディナーで伺うのが楽しみです！
Everything I had was delicious. Someone I met the other day told me that she’d been there for dinner (they had a soft-opening sometime ago) and she said it was casual, reasonably priced and very good. I cannot wait to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner!
