今日の夕食は、チキンのビネガー煮でした。美味しいレシピ満載の私と夫と猫の幸せ生活のこのレシピを参考にしています。元のレシピではタラゴン酢を使っていますが、わたしはいつもは千鳥酢を使ってフレッシュのタラゴンを加えています。でも、今日は間違えてディルを買ってしまいました、前回タラゴンがなかったのでディルを使ったのが記憶に残っていたみたい。とほほ。ディルも結構合うので、美味しかったのでよしとします。夫も大好きなレシピです。
Today’s dinner was Chicken in vinegar, I refer to this recipe (only in Japanese). The original recipe calls for taragon vinegar but I use Japanese rice vinegar and also fresh taragon. However, I made a mistake and bought dill instead. Last time when I cooked this I couldn’t find taragon so I used dill instead, I guess that was still in my memory. Still, I think dill also goes well with chicken and it was very nice. My husband loves this dish, too.
