今日の夕食は、中近東風の夕食にしました。少し前にもしましたが、そのときはケバブを作らず、夫はやはりケバブが食べたそうだったので。
Today’s dinner was Middle-Eastern style dinner. I made Middle-Eastern dinner recently but not with beef kebabs, which my husband loves.

Hummous.
モロッコ風サラダ。
Moroccan Salad.
いんげんのトマト煮。ほんの少し残っていたいんげんで作ったら、やっぱりあまり美味しく出来ませんでした、なぜかこれは多めの量で作らないと美味しく仕上がりません。
Green beans in tomato sauce. There was just a small amount of them left in the fridge so I used them, but they didn’t come out so nice. I find this difficult to cook well for only a small quantity.
ケバブ。ニンニクやクミンコリアンダーやシャンツァイを入れたビーフのコフタです。
Kebab. I guess I should use the word Kofta rather than Kebab. It’s beef kofta with cumin, coriander, garlic and coriander leaves.
少しずつ残りましたが、明日の夫のランチになります。
There is a small amount of each left – just enough for my husband’s lunch tomorrow.
