今日の夕食は、久しぶりにタパスにしました。タパスではないものも混ざっていますが。
Today’s dinner was Tapas, as we hadn’t had this for a long time. There are a couple of dishes that aren’t authentic tapas but we felt they go well with the rest.
手前が、夫が好きなカプレーゼ。
Caprese salad, which my husband loves.
カプレーゼの奥の左がチョリソのソテー、右がポテトをローストしてトマトソースをかけたもの、その奥左がマッシュルームのニンニクとシェリー焼き、その右がパンコントマテのトマト。
Behind the caprese, on the left are sauteed chorizo slices, the right of it is roasted potato with tomato sauce, behind them on the left is stuffed mushrooms with some garlic and sherry, the right of that is tomato for panne con tomate.
もう１品が、カマンベールの上のピスタチオとレーズンをのせてオーブンで柔らかく溶けるまで焼き、蜂蜜をかけたもの。
Finally, Camembert topped with pistachio & raisins then melted in the oven and drizzled with honey.
どれも美味しかったです。
We enjoyed them all.
