今日はあまり寒くはなかったですが、お天気が悪くてずっと暗かったです。ランチに出かけた時は小雨が降っていて傘をさそうとしましたが、風が強過ぎて傘の意味はなさそうだったので、バーバーを着てフードをかぶって往復しました。明日は、太陽が顔をだすそうです。
It wasn’t very cold today but was very dark all day. When we went out for lunch it was raining a little so we were going to use an umbrella but when I opened the door it was so windy we decided that an umbrella wasn’t a good idea – so I just put my Barbour on with the hood up to go up to the pub and back. Apparently we’ll see some sun tomorrow.
今日の夕食は、昨日の残りのミネストローネでした。どろどろだったのでお水を足して、茅乃舎の野菜出しの中身を足して、ポテトの角切りを足して、少しお味噌を足して。
Today’s evening meal was the left-over from last night’s Minestrone. It was too thick as the potatoes had melted so I added some water, Japanese organic vegetable stock powder, some chopped and additional cooked potatoes plus a little miso.
