昨日は、親しいお友達ご夫婦のご提案で「West Dean」 をぶらぶらと歩いた後、George というパブで夕食をしました。West Dean は夕方５時までなので、３時半に待ち合わせて５時少し前までお庭をぶらぶらと歩きました。昨日は、午前中は雨が降りましたが、お昼過ぎてから晴れて暑いくらいになりましたが、結構風が強かったです。この時期は様々なお花が咲いていて、とても綺麗。
We walked in West Dean in the late afternoon with our good friends and then had dinner together in a pub “The George”. West Dean closes at 5:00pm so we met there around 3:30pm and walked in the gardens until a little before 5:00pm. It had rained in the morning but was quite sunny by later in the afternoon and got quite warm but was very breezy. This time of year you can see so many different flowers in their gardens, really pretty.
