今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、久しぶりにムサカでした。ムサカと言っても Delia Smith の古い料理本のレシピで本格的なものではなく多分イギリスで作りやすくアレンジしてあるものだと思います。ナスとミートソースを層にして上から卵とチーズ入りのホワイトソースっぽいものをかけてオーブンで焼いてあります。サラダと一緒にいただきました。美味しかったです、ご馳走様！
Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Mousska. It’s from an old cookery book of Delia Smith, so I think it’s not authentic Greek Mousska but arranged to English way. It’s a layered aubergine slices and meat sauce with some topping of something like white sauce with egg and cheese baked in the oven. Very good as always. We had it with a salad.
