今日の夕食は、チキンのビネガー煮でした。たくさんレシピを掲載されている「私と夫と猫の幸せ生活」」のこのレシピを参考にしています。元のレシピではタラゴン酢を使っていますが、わたしはいつもは千鳥酢を使ってフレッシュのタラゴンを加えています。前回、間違ってディルを買ってしまいましたが、今日は間違わずにタラゴン。やっぱり、タラゴンが一番美味しいように思います。付け合わせは、芽キャベツをばらして蒸し焼きにしたものと人参の塩茹で。美味しく出来ました。これも冷凍出来そうなので、多めに作って冷凍しました。
Today’s dinner was Chicken in vinegar, I refer to this recipe (only in Japanese). The original recipe calls for tarragon vinegar but I use Japanese rice vinegar and also fresh tarragon. Last time I made a mistake and bought dill instead of tarragon, but this time I did use tarragon. Although dill isn’t a bad substitute, tarragon is, I think, the best in this recipe. I served it with Brussel’s sprouts (steam-stir-fried) and carrots. We enjoyed it very much! This should freeze well so I made extra and am freezing the left-over.
