今日のディナーは、ソーセージとヨークシャープディングでした。ソーセージはずいぶん前に焼くだけ焼いて冷凍していたのをいい加減に使わないと、ということで、チンして温めただけです。ヨークシャープディングはあまり膨らまなかったのですが、軽くて美味しかったので、多分使ったフライパンが大きすぎたせいだと思います。
Today’s dinner was Sausages & Yorkshire Pudding. We cooked extra sausages some time ago and froze the left-overs so we used them – we just warmed them up in the microwave. The Yorkshire pudding didn’t rise much but it was light and good, so I guess the frying pan we used was too big.
