今日は土曜日、夫が夕食を作ってくれました。パスタベイクとサラダ。ラグーを作ってパスタと合わせて上からとろっとホワイトソースをかけて、チーズをかけてオーブンで良い色がつくまで焼いたもの。ソースが２種類必要なので結構手間ですが、夫もわたしも大好きな１品です。熱々のトロトロ、カリッとしたところがまた特に美味しい！とても美味しかったです！
It’s a Saturday today so my husband cooked dinner. It was Pasta Bake with a salad. As you have to cook 2 sauces it’s a bit time consuming but we both love it. Very hot, with a lovely runny white sauce and some crispy bits that we particularly love, it was yummy.
先週買ったチーズ４種類のセット、１つずつはとても小さいのでこれだけしか残っていませんでした。小さな１口ずつ。でも、ディナーでお腹は膨れているので、食後のチーズは最近はこの程度で満足。次は、もう少し種類が多いセットをオーダーしてみようかな。
These are left-overs from the selection of cheeses that we had last week, there was only a little mouthful for us each but we were already full from the dinner so this was enough. Maybe we’ll try a larger selection pack next time.
