今日の夕食は、「私と夫と猫の幸せ生活」で紹介されている「ポーク with ズッキーニ」でした。この時に書いたレシピと大体同じ材料の量で作りました、とても美味しかったです。イギリスではズッキーニは年中買えますが、一応夏のお野菜なので暖かくなってくると食べたくなります。美味しかったです。
Today’s dinner was “Pork with Zucchini (courgette)”, which is from this blog. I more or less used the same amount of the ingredients that I wrote in this post Although we can buy courgettes all year around, courgettes are summer vegetables so this dish is something I feel like cooking when it’s getting close to summer. We enjoyed it very much.
