今日は２週間に１度の刺繍の会の集まりがあったので、アランデルの「Cockburn Tearooms」でランチをしました、いつもお隣のお友達とご一緒するのですが、今日はお友達は直前にご用がありティールームで待ち合わせたので、送ってもらうついでに夫も一緒でした。アランデルのクリスマスの飾り付けがされていて、大好きな壁のツリーも飾られていました。
It was an embroidery group gathering day today so I had lunch at “Cockburns Tearooms” in Arundel. My next door neighbour usually takes me but she had something before lunch so we met at the tearooms, and I had to ask my husband to take me there so he also joined us. The Christmas decorations were up in Arundel and the little trees on the walls of buildings were up, too, I love them.
わたしはモッツァレラとトマトのパニー二。焼きが甘くてかりっとせず、いまいち。夫はベーコン、ブリー、クランベリーソースのパニー二、こちらはしっかり焼けていてカリッとして美味しかったようでした。
I had Mozzarella & Tomato Panini, which wasn’t baked well enough. My husband had Bacon, Brie & Cranberry Panini, which was more crispy and nicer than mine.
刺繍の会はスピーカーのトークの日で、Izzy Moore さんがゲストでした。カラフルで素敵な作品をたくさん見せていただきました。
