今日は、セント・マイケルズ・マウントというところに行って来ました。フランスにモンサンミッシェルというところがありますが、そのイギリス版という感じ、ですが規模はずっっと小さいです。潮が引いている時は歩いて渡れて、満ちている時はボートで渡ります。今日は日中は殆ど満ちている状態だったので、ボートで渡りました。
We went to “St Michael’s Mountain”, which is like an English Version of Mont Saint-Michael in France, but a lot smaller. When the tide is low you can walk to it from the mainland, but when the tide is high you need to take a boat. The tide was high mostly during the day today so we took a boat.
