今日も雨模様のじめじめした梅雨のような１日でした。もう７月も終わると言うのに、全然「夏」という気がしません。
It was another miserable damp day. Today is the last day in July but it really doesn’t feel like it’s summer at all
今日の夕食は、私と夫と猫の幸せ生活のの「チキン・シュニッツェル」でした。シュニッツェルと呼ぶには分厚かったですが、上手く薄くスライス出来ず。でも、外はカリカリ、中はふんわりで美味しかったです。サルサ（トマト、玉ねぎ、きゅうり、赤パプリカ、シャンツァイ、レモン汁、胡椒、オリーブオイル、ニンニクもちょっと）とオーブンで焼くフレンチフライ。気候は全然夏っぽくありませんが、一応、夏、ってことで。少し余ったので、明日のランチにチキンカツサンドにします。
Today’s dinner was Chicken Schnitzel from this blog post (Japanese only) with salsa (tomato, onion, cucumber, red pepper, coriander leaves, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and a little garlic) and oven French fries. It’s a nice summery dish – it doesn’t feel like summer, but it should be.
