今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、パスタのスパイシーソーセージソースでした。市販にイタリアンスパイシーソーセージ（生タイプ）を玉ねぎと炒めてからトマト缶を加え、最後に少しだけクリームを加えたもの。わたしがお料理教室で習ったものと大体同じです。タイプは違いますが、お昼も夜もソーセージ（笑）。加工肉はあまり食べないようにしていますが、たまたま重なってしまいました。

The dinner my husband cooked today was pasta with spicy sausage.  He sauteed onion, added in the sausage meat taken from the spicy sausages, then added tin tomato and cooked it for a while, then added some cream at the end.  It’s almost the same as what I learned at a cooking class.

Although they are different types of sausages, we ended up having sausages both for lunch and dinner.  I do try not to have too much processed meat but it just happened that way today.  I’d already bought the sausages for hot dogs and my husband decided to cook this without knowing we were going to have hot dogs for lunch.
