Black Bean Soup And Apple, Goat Cheese & Almond Salad

今日の夕食は、スープとサラダ。スープは、簡単で美味しいブラックビーンズのスープ。サラダは、りんごとゴートチーズとアーモンドのサラダ。ゴートチーズはパン粉をつけて多めの油で焼いていますが、それを除くとヘルシーな食事でした。

Today’s dinner was Soup & Salad.  Soup is black bean soup, very quick, easy to make but very tasty.  Salad is Apple, Goat Cheese & Almond Salad.  I cover slices of goat cheese with flour, egg & bread crumbs and shallow fry them quickly so it’s not completely healthy but on the healthy side.
