昨日の夕食が結構余ってしまったので、今日の夕食にいただきました。パスタソースは明日のランチにすることにして、今日はほうれん草のクリームソース、チキンのせ。何か添えようかと色々考えましたが一緒に添えて良さそうなものを思いつけず、昨日と同じ。今日はタルトも食べたので、これとパンで良い具合にお腹は膨れました。さっぱりしていますがクリームがそこそこ入っているので、見た目よりも満足感があります。特に味が落ちることはなく、美味しくいただきました。

As we had quite a lot left over from last night’s dinner, we had chicken on spinach & cream for dinner today.  We’ll have the left-over pasta sauce tomorrow.  I tried to think what we can serve the chicken dish with but couldn’t come up with anything that made sense so we had it as it was.  Since we had a tart with lots of tea in the afternoon, this with some bread was satisfying enough.  Although it doesn’t taste heavy, it does have some cream in the sauce so I guess it’s more filling than you think.  I didn’t feel the taste deteriorated since yesterday and we enjoyed it very much.
