今日は、お昼頃にガーデンセンターに行って、手前のパティオの大きなポット２つに植えるお花を買って来ました。今日は、とても空いていてびっくり。少しお昼に遅い時間だったからか、お天気がとても良かったのでみなさんどこかにお庭を歩いたりされているのか。明日か明後日の夕方に植え付けたいと思っています。

We went to a garden centre today to buy the plants to put in the 2 large pots on the patio near to the house.  We were quite surprised how quiet it was, maybe because we were there later than the usual lunch time, or maybe everyone was enjoying the sunshine somewhere else.  We will plant the pots tomorrow or the day after tomorrow in the evening.

今日の夕食は、久しぶりのチリコンカーニ、美味しく出来ました。

Tonight’s dinner was Chilli Con Carne, we hadn’t had it for a while.

今日は、１７、８度くらいまで上がっていたと思います。気温から思うより結構暑く余り風もなかったので、夏服でOKでした。わたしはこれくらいの気温が心地よい感じです。本物のヒートウェーブは来ない方が有難い。

I think the temperature was around 17C or 18C today, but it felt warmer than that. There wasn’t much wind so very light summer clothes was just right.  I personally like the temperature like today with the sun rather than a real heatwave.
