Roasted Vegetables & Sausages


Today’s dinner was Sausages & Vegetables roasted in the oven.  Like I’ve written a few times, both my husband and I love British Roast Dinner, but it’s just much too hot to cook a roast dinner here in Singapore.  Sausages cook in 20 minutes in the oven, so I thought we can enjoy a sort of a roast dinner.  I cut the vegetables (I used onion, red & yellow pepper, Brussels sprouts, parsnips & Japanese kabocha) in the size that would cook in the same time.

We enjoyed it very much, but I thought I could have made the American style turkey stuffing (minus sausages) as well.  Next time!
