Cheese Fondue


We are in October now, only 1/4 of the year is left.  It seems like a whole month flies away in the blink of an eye these days.


Today’s dinner was Cheese Fondue, which we tend to have often but hadn’t had it for 2 months this time.  We didn’t have any Emmental cheese so we used mostly Gruyere with a bit of Comte.  I feel it was more salty than when we use a mixture of Emmental and Gruyere but it was still tasty.
