Butter Chicken


Today’s dinner was Butter Chicken using the Butter Chicken Kit I’ve blogged a few times.  I did marinade the chicken in the base sauce and yogurt and then added onion and potato during the cooking.  The kit is organic and no additives are used and it’s very tasty, better than many restaurants.  The rice was Basmati rice with spices and raisins (it was in the freezer, I think we cooked it to go with Moroccan Chicken sometime ago.)
