New Air-Conditioning Unit
昨日も書きましたが、月、火、水、とダイニングルームにエアコンを設置する作業が行われていて、今日、完成しました！今は寒くてエアコンが必要なほど暑い日が想像できませんが（笑）、これで今年の夏は過ごしやすくなります。暖房にも使えます。寒い時期はセントラルヒーティングが入ってはいますが、キッチン、ダイニング、リビングは朝一番とランチタイムくらいしか使わないので暖房を入れているのは短時間で、普段はそれで十分なのですが特別寒い時はランチの時間に寒いので、（セントラルヒーティングはオンにしてから暖かくなるまで少し時間がかかるので）短時間でさっと暖房に使うことも出来て便利だと思います。 As I wrote yesterday, the aircon people were here on Monday, Tuesday and today to install a new aircon unit on a wall in the dining room and the work has been completed! 今日は、ズームのフランス菓子教室がいつ終わるかわからず終わるのが７時頃になることもあるので、夕食は簡単なものにすることに決めていました。冷蔵庫にマッシュルームがたくさんあってもうすぐ傷みそうだったので、マッシュルームのリゾットにしました。サーモミックスで作ると本当に簡単で手間要らずで美味しいので、サーモミックスを買ってからはサーモミックスで作っています。機械好きな夫が嬉々として作ってくれます。ただ、最後にお米の硬さ、全体の水分量、塩分などの調節は必要。 The French Patissierie class can last 4 hours sometimes so it could have lasted until around 7:00pm, so I’d decided to cook something easy for dinner.
