今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Warming Spiced Charred Courgette and Lentil Salad with Roasted Sweet Potato and Homemade Croutons。（暖かいスパイス入りの焼いたズッキーニとレンティルのサラダ、スィートポテトのローストとホームメイドクルトン入り）でした。（冷蔵庫にあったカリフラワーもスィートポテトと一緒にローストしました。）

Today’s dinner was “Warming Spiced Charred Courgette and Lentil Salad with Roasted Sweet Potato and Homemade Croutons”.   (We added some cauliflower, as we had some in the fridge, when we roasted sweet potato.)  The salad has lentils, sweet potato, cauliflower, tomatoes, courgette, croutons made from Ciabatta, wild rocket and some sprinkles of Greek Style Salad Cheese on top.  We found the amount of lentils too much so we left some but we enjoyed the rest.

入っているのは、レンティル、スィートポテト、カリフラワー、トマト、ズッキーニ、チャバタを焼いたクルトン、ワイルドロケット、上からフェタ風のチーズをぱらぱら。ドレッシングはりんご酢、はちみつ、オリーブオイル。わたしたちにはレンティルの量が多すぎてレンティルだけは残しましたが、美味しくいただきました。
