Stir-Fried Mince Pork With Basil

今日の夕食は、タイ料理の豚ミンチのバジル炒めにしました。半熟の目玉焼きも。

Today’s dinner was Stir-fried mince pork with basil (Thai) with a fried egg each.

同じ数の唐辛子を使って同じように作っているつもりでも、そのときによって辛さが結構違ってきます。今日はかなり辛く食べ終わった後もしばらく口の中がひりひりしている辛さで、もう少し辛かったら辛すぎるギリギリのラインでしたが、タイ料理を食べたという気になる辛さでした。

Even though I use the same number of chilli and I think I make it more or less the same way, somehow the spiciness seems different every time.  Today, it was very spicy, if it was any more spicy we may not have enjoyed it, but it was just under “too much” line.  I don’t enjoy it if it’s not spicy enough, so it was good today.
