久しぶりに香港会のお友達と（と言っても１人減り２人減り、今や３人しかいません、３人でも「会」と呼べるのかどうか微妙）ランチをご一緒しました。IONの「Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant」。

I had lunch with 2 friends; they both lived in Hong Kong before Singapore so we used to call ourselves “Hong Kong Group” but 2 members have left so there are only 3 of us now.  We went to Imperial “Treasure Steamboat Restaurant” in ION.

青菜の盛り合わせ、ニラ餃子（２オーダー）、氷らせた豆腐、絹ごしどうふ、揚げた湯葉、ヤム。スープはヘルシーチキンスープ。飲み物は鉄観音をオーダーして、１人３１ドル弱ずつだったと思います。お肉もシーフードもオーダーしないととてもお安い。でも、お腹いっぱいになりました。

We ordered a set of green vegetables, garlic chive dumplings, frozen tofu, silken tofu, deep-fried bean curd skin, yam and chose “Healthy Chicken Soup” for the base.  We also had Tekkannon  tea.  We didn’t have any meat or seafood, so it was very inexpensive, about S$31 per person.

３人集まれたのはとても久しぶり（お２人共お忙しい）だったので、この後TWGでお茶もごいっしょすることに。３人とも別々のお茶をオーダー。色もこんなに違います。一番薄いのは今年のファーストフラッシュ。手前はわたしがオーダーしたヌワラエリアのお茶。一番濃いのはなんだったかしら？（笑）

It’s been a long time we got together although I have seen them separately.  After lunch, we had tea in TWG Tearoom – we all ordered different tea.  It was lovely to catch up with each other.

久しぶりにお２人とゆっくりキャッチアップ出来て、楽しいひと時でした。
