Spaghetti With Tomato And Ratatouille Sauce


My husband is out for a company dinner tonight so I had my dinner alone.  There was some sauce left from last night, so I decided to use it.  I poured a little olive oil in a wok, added some chilli flakes and slices of a garlic, cooked it until the garlic is slightly brown.  I then added the left-over sauce, let it cook and reduce until the pasta is cooked, the mixed them together.  It’s the type of pasta I love, simple tomato base sauce with spaghettini.  So good.  Great idea of mine to use the left-over sauce!
