今日の夕食は、ソーセージとお野菜のトマト煮込みでした。オンラインスーパーの配達があったので、オーダーしていたマークス＆スペンサーズのソーセージを使って、適当に作った煮込みです。入れたのは、ソーセージ、玉ねぎ、セロリ、人参、ポテト、缶トマト、タイム（お庭に植えているもの）、塩胡椒。適当に作った割にとても美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner was Sausage & Vegetable Casserole.  We had a delivery from the online supermarket today, so used the M&S sausages that arrived.  I didn’t follow any recipe, just winged it – sausage, onion, celery, carrot, potato, tin tomato, thyme (from our garden), salt & pepper.  We enjoyed it very much.

写真は撮りませんでしたが、昨日作ったトライフルがまだ１つ残っていたので２人でシェアーしていただきました、とっても美味しかったです！夫は、「毎日作って！」と言っていました。また、作らなくては。

I didn’t take any photos but we also had Trifle for dessert.  There was just one left so we shared it.  It was delicious!  My husband said “Please make it every day!”.  I must make it again.
