今日は気温は２０度程度で低めですが、良く晴れて寒くはなかったです。実は、月曜日からロンドンに数泊しに行くのですが、お天気予報は２転、３転、４転、５転して少し前は晴れたり曇ったりだったのに、今は曇ったり雨が降ったりの予報です。また、良い方に変わってほしいところですが、もう明後日ですから、どうでしょう。

It was quite a nice day, the temperature was aroumd 20C but with the sun out it felt warm enough.  We are going to London from Monday for a few days and the weather forecast has been changing a few times a day as usual.  It said it would be cloudy with sun just yesterday but now it says cloudy with rain.  I’m hoping it to change for the better again but maybe that’s not so likely now.

今日は土曜日、ということで、夫がディナーを作ってくれました。チキン・キエフ。中に詰めるガーリックバターには今日はタラゴンを加えていました。付け合わせは、ローストポテトとサラダ。どれも、とても美味しかったです。

It’s a Saturday today so my husband cooked the dinner – Chicken Kyiv.  He added tarragon to the garlic butter which is used to stuff the chicken breast.  Side dishes are roasted new potatoes and a large salad.  It was all delicious.

テーブルのお花は、お庭から摘んだお花です。お庭のお花ってあまり保たないのが残念ですが、お庭のお花を摘んでテーブルに飾れるとはとっても嬉しい。

The flowers on the table are all from our garden.  Flowers from the garden don’t seem to last long but it’s lovely to be able to pick them from your own garden.
