昨日のフランス菓子教室で焼いた、パイナップルのタルト。パイナップルとオレンジが入っています。サクサクのタルト生地で本当に美味しい！これは割と簡単だったし、タルト生地もフィリングももう１つ分冷凍庫にあるので、近いうちにまた作ろうと思います。

Tarte A L’ananas (Pineapple Tart) that I baked yesterday at the French Baking Class, there is some orange as well as pineapple in the filling.   I love the texture of this tart base and it wasn’t too difficult, I still have enough tart base dough and the filling (other than the fruits) in the freezer so I’m intending to bake it again soon.
