ぐんと気温が下がりました。お天気アプリでは２３度くらいだったと思います、実際はもう少し上がっていたかも。それでも、昨日までの数日に比べると過ごしやすい感じがします。来週末からまたヒートウエーブがやってくるようですが、今のところこの辺りは最高気温２６度、最低気温も結構下がって１５、６度。まぁ、また、どんどん上がるのかもしれませんが。

The temperature went down quite a few degrees today, the weather application said 23C, I think, but our thermometer said higher but still lower than yesterday.  Apparently another heatwave is coming from the weekend this coming week but the expected highest temperature at the moment is 26C, which isn’t too bad, and the lowest temperature is 15C or 16C so it does cool down.  Having said that, the forecast may keep changing to higher and higher like the last heatwave.

今日の夕食は、最近気に入って時々買っているマークス＆スペンサーのフレッシュのラビオリでした。正確には Girasoli と書かれたパスタで、中身はモッツァレラとトマト。ソースは今日も玉ねぎ、にんにく、フレッシュトマトの軽いトマトソース。美味しくいただきました。フレッシュのラビオリは茹で時間４分とあっという間に茹で上がるのでとても便利ですし、４分だと汗をかくほどキッチンに立っていて暑くならず助かります。

Today’s dinner was fresh ravioli from M&S, which we find very nice and have been buying for the last month or so.  It was called “Girasoli” actually rather than ravioli, filled with mozzarella & tomato.  I made a very light tomato sauce with onion, garlic & fresh tomatoes and we enjoyed it.  These fresh ravioli types of pasta take only 4 minutes to cook so it’s very quick and easy.
