Stir-Fried Mince Pork With Basil (Thai)

今日の夕食は、豚ミンチのバジル炒め(ガッパオ)と目玉焼きでした。これは夫も大好きですが、夫から催促される前にわたしが食べたくなって作ることが多いです。ひーひーするくらい辛かったですが、美味しかったです。ガッパオはこれくらい辛くないとね。ちなみに目玉焼きは、多めの油で熱い油を黄身の部分にかけながら、(多分タイではすっかり火を通してしまうと思いますが)外側はカリッと、中はとろっとに仕上げるのが理想です。

Today’s dinner was Stir-fried Mince Pork with Basil and fried egg.  My husband loves this, too, but this is one of the meals I crave for and choose as the dinner before my husband asks me to.  It was very spicy and made our mouth tingle but to me it’s a dish that needs to be that spicy.  I personally like the fried egg crispy outside with runny yolk although I think in Thailand they cook it all the way through.
