今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith のパンケーキ・カネロニでした。結婚して間のない頃から良く作ってくれるお得意料理。パスタのカネロニの代わりに、クレープを焼いて使っています。ミートソースをクレープで包んで、上からホワイトソースをかけてオーブンで焼いたものです。安定した美味しさです。

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s Pancake Cannelloni.  He’s been cooking this often since soon after we got married.  It’s a recipe to use pancake (crepe) instead of pasta Cannelloni, which wraps ragu then gets covered by white sauce and baked in the oven.  Always delicious!

昨日レッスンで作ったお花がきれいで、テーブルが華やぎます。わたしもとても気に入っていますし、夫も絶賛してくれています。

The bouquet I made yesterday at a class is making the table look beautiful.  I love it and my husband also loves it.
