Long Weekend In Hong Kong (2) – Hong Kong Egg Waffle

We are waiting for our flight back to Singapore at the airport now. We ate a lot this long weekend!

Someone asked what this is in her comment. This is called Egg Waffle in English, it is mainly made of egg, flour and sugar. Outside is very thin and crispy, inside is chewy, very nice. Apparently there is a famous shop for this in North Point but we bought it somewhere between Wanchai and Causeway Bay. I read it’s mentioned as a street food in Michelin. It was 15 or 16 HK dollars. According to some information, you can have this somewhere in Tokyo.
