Vegetable Curry


Today’s dinner was Vegetable Curry, using the vegetables that we had at home – onion, potato, carrot, cauliflower, green beans, courgette, aubergine. I also added an apple, grated, because the apples we bought a little while ago are too sour to eat fresh. Other than that, I used garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, chicken masala (we bought this in India more than a year ago so I guess it’s lost some aroma by now), curry powder from Mulesna (Japan), tin tomato, ketchup, apricot preserve, garam masala & Japanese curry roux.
