アマンダリでの今日のランチ。わたしは、昨日夫が気に入っていたキヌアサラダにしてみました。メキシコ風の味で美味しい!真似して作って見よう。入っていたのは多分、3種類のキヌア、玉ねぎ、パプリカ、チリ、トウモロコシ、枝豆、小さな豆(ピント豆?)、上にオレンジとカシューナッツとシャンツァイかな?ドレッシングは、ライム汁の甘めのドレッシング。
夫は、チキンシーザーサラダ。
Lunch at Amandari. I hadQuinoa Salad, which my husband loved yesterday. It has a sort of Mexican inspired flavour, I think. Really good. I’ll try to recreate it at home. What was used in the salad were, I think, 3 kinds of quinoa, onion, red pepper, chilli, sweet corn, edamame, small bean (pinto?) and orange, cashew nut & coriander on top. The dressing was lime juice based but quite sweet.
My husband had Chicken Caesar Salad.
