イギリスに来てからほぼ毎日何かしら用があって出かけていたので、今日はお家デー、スーパーに買い物に出かけた以外コテージで過ごしました。リノベーションのことで相談しながら決めなくてはいけないことがあったり、夫は色々ネットを使う用事があったりでのんびりというほどゆっくり出来たわけではないのですが。

Since we came to England we’ve been out every day so we had a day in today although we did go to a supermarket in the late afternoon. We needed to sit down and make some decisions on the renovation of the kitchen and my husband had a few things he had to do using the internet so it’s not that we did nothing but it was a relatively relaxing day.

昨日、今日の4時のお茶のお供は、マフィンでした。

Yesterday and today we had muffins (English) at 4.00pm with tea.

昨日の夕食と今日のランチは、テイクアウトのピッツァ。この辺り、デリバリーはないのでイタリアンレストランでテイクアウト。１人1枚と書かれていたので2枚オーダーしましたが、やはり1枚を２人でシェアして十分の量でしたので、余ったものが今日のランチになりました。

We had a take away pizza yesterday for dinner and made a salad to have it with. No delivery around here so my husband went an Italian restaurant to take out. The menu said 1 pizza for 1 person so we got 2 pizza but 1 would have been enough. We had the left over for lunch.

今日のディナーは、久しぶりにおうちご飯。ソーセージと玉ねぎとトマトのソースのパスタ。

Today’s dinner was sausage, onion and tomato pasta.
