Bruschetta – Light Supper

アップし忘れていましたが、昨日はランチタイムにたくさん食べたので、夜は軽くブルスケッタにしました。家で焼いたパンをトーストしてニンニクをこすりつけ、トマトに塩胡椒したものとバジルをのせて美味しいオリーブオイルをたらたらとかけるだけ。ちかみに、このところずっとパンが上手く焼けず、苦戦中です。

I forgot to blog this yesterday, but as we had a big lunch we had something light in the evening – Bruschetta with tomatoes.  We just sliced and toasted the bread that we had baked at home, rubbed with garlic, topped with chopped and seasoned tomato and basil, then drizzled over a nice fruity olive oil.  Incidentally, we haven’t had a great success with baking bread lately and are still struggling to get it right.
