予想通り雨が降って、じとじとした鬱陶しい１日でした。明日も降水確率高です。

As forecasted, it’s been a very wet day today.  The possibility of rain seems high tomorrow, too.

今日の夕食は、昨日のハンバーグの余ったハンバーグは冷凍しましたが、ソースも余ったので玉ねぎを炒めて足して、ミニトマトとバジルも足して、最後に少し生クリームも入れてペンネと和えました。乳製品が嫌いでなければ、ですが、生クリームを入れると大抵何でも美味しくなりますよね。あまり使わないようにはしていますが、昨日のソースとは違うものにしたかったので。

Today’s dinner was Penne, we used the left-over sauce from last night’s Hamburg.  I sauteed onion first, added the left-over sauce, some mini tomatoes, basil, let it cook until the mini tomatotes were soft, then added some cream.  If you don’t dislike dairy taste, I feel everything becomes more tasty when you add a little cream.  We try not to use cream often but I wanted to change the sauce from yesterday’s.
