Penne in Tomato & Cream Sauce


As forecasted, it’s been a very wet day today.  The possibility of rain seems high tomorrow, too.


Today’s dinner was Penne, we used the left-over sauce from last night’s Hamburg.  I sauteed onion first, added the left-over sauce, some mini tomatoes, basil, let it cook until the mini tomatotes were soft, then added some cream.  If you don’t dislike dairy taste, I feel everything becomes more tasty when you add a little cream.  We try not to use cream often but I wanted to change the sauce from yesterday’s.
