今日の夕食は、少し前にロンドンのレストランからオーダーしてたくさん余ったので冷凍していたファラフェルやフムス、三角の前菜にサラダを添えて、ピタパンと一緒にいただきました。このファラフェル、味は美味しいのですがとにかくドライで喉が詰まりそうになり、サラダと一緒に２つピタパンに詰めて食べたら結構お腹一杯になってしまいました。あと半分のピタパンにサラダだけを詰めていただいて、満腹。

We had falafel, hummous, triangle pastry starter that we had ordered from a restaurant in London and frozen, with a salad with pita bread.  These falafels taste good but are so dry, we found we couldn’t eat many.  We had 2 in a half of pita with salad and that was already quite filling.  We had the other half of pita with salad and that filled us up.

そうそう、今日、また、氷が降りました。今年、３回目か４回目。急に大雨の音がして「シンガポールみたい。」と思っていたのですが、外を見たら氷でした。

It hailed again today.  I heard the noise of heavy rain and was thinking “Sounds like Singapore…”, and looked outside and found this.  It was hail.  I think this is the 3rd or the 4th time to have a hailstorm this year.
