Lyndhurst に行った最初の日の夕食は、街のタイ料理屋さんに予約していました。以前もタイ料理屋さんに行きましたが、ここは以前行ったところとは違うお店で、「Annisa’s Thai Kitchen」というレストラン。オーダーは、パパイヤサラダ（サラダ系はこれしかなかったです）、野菜の揚げ春巻き、チェンマイ風発酵ソーセージ、チキンのマサマンカレー。デザートは普段ないそうですが、たまたま「今日はチョコレートかバニラのアイスがあります」とのことで、チョコレートのアイスをシェアーしました。

We went to a Thai restaurant on our first evening in Lyndhurst.  We’ve been to a Thai restaurant there before but this is a different one, this one is called “Annisa’s Thai Kitchen”.  We ordered Papaya salad (this was the only salad they had on their menu), vegetable deep-fried spring rolls, Chengmai-style fermented sausages, and chicken Massaman curry.  They told us that they don’t usually have any dessert but have Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream “today”, so we shared chocolate ice cream.

チェンマイ風発酵ソーセージは余りメニューに見かけないのでオーダーしてみましたが、思っていた味とは違いました、でも美味しかったです。春巻きはかなり薄味でしたが軽く揚っていました。パパイヤのサラダは甘めの味付けで辛さが全然なかったです、わたしたちはもう少し酸味と辛味が効いた味付けが好み。マサマンカレーも甘めでしたがまずまず。

We ordered Chengmai style fermented sausages because we don’t often see them on menus but they didn’t taste as we expected, it was OK, though.  The spring rolls had very little seasonings but they were nice and light.  Papaya salad was on the sweet side, we prefer it with more acidity and chilli.  Massaman curry was also sweet but tasty enough.

こちらのレストランの方がもう１つのレストランよりトリップアドバイザーではかなり評判が良く、悪くはなかったのですが、わたしたちはもう１つのレストランの方が好みでした。

This restaurant has much better reviews  than the other Thai restaurant on Tripadvisor and it wasn’t bad, but personally we prefered the other one.
