Vegetable Curry


It was quite warm today (26C).  It’s expected to be a little cooler tomorrow and then cools down to 19C on Thursday.


Today’s dinner was Vegetable Curry & Salad.  I start cooking the curry in Indian style, then add hot water and switch to Japanese style, adding Japanese curry roux at the end.  The vegetables we used today were onion (some minced first and the rest sliced very thickly at the end), carrots, potatoes, green beans.  We didn’t have many vegetables we could use today but it was still very tasty.  I also add something sweet, today I added Peach Conserve.
