今日もジメジメと暗くて雨が降る１日でした。明日から数日また寒くなるようですが、お天気も良くなる予報なのでどこかに出かけたいなと思っています。お天気予報を見るとこの先１０日くらいの間に雨マークがないのですが、本当かな？イギリスのお天気予報、毎日変わるので当てにはできません。

It was another very English dark rainy day today, but it’s expected to get colder with some sunshine tomorrow and the next few days, so I’m hoping we’ll go out somewhere to enjoy the rare good weather.  Actually, looking at the forecast, there is no rain mark for the next 10 days or so – not that I trust the weather forecast here, it changes every day.

今日の夕食は、コスタリカ風ブラックビーンズスープでした。お野菜とブラックビーンズがたっぷり入った、お腹の膨れるスープ。ジェイミーオリバーのレシピですが、多少アレンジしています、アレンジ後のレシピはこちらに書いてあります。久しぶりに作ったらちょっとパンチが足りませんでした。

Today’s dinner was Costa Rican Black Bean Soup, which is very filling with lots of vegetables and black beans.  It’s Jamie Oliver’s recipe but I made some changes, the recipe with my changes is here.  It’s been such a long time since we cooked it last, it wasn’t as punchy as I would have liked it to be.
