Homemade Pizza


Today’s dinner was Homemade Pizza.  As always I prepared the dough the night before, but this time it looked as if it hadn’t risen as much as usual because the temperature of the room was quite low.  Still, as it’s pizza not bread, it wasn’t a problem.  Actually, it usually rises too much in the oven, so maybe better this way.


As always, we cooked them in the portable pizza oven that we bought in Japan.



The first one.  Tomato sauce, fresh tomato, onion, basil, mozzarella, shredded mozzarella.





The second one.  Tomato sauce, chorizo, mushroom, scarmozza, shredded mozzarella.


The 3rd one – we divided it into two sections.  One section had tomato sauce, fresh tomato, chorizo, scarmozza, mozzarella and the other section had Stilton, mozzarella and we drizzed truffle honey after baking.




They were all delicious!
