Stir-fried Mince Pork With Basil


Today’s dinner was Thai Stir-fried Mince Pork with Basil.  The spicyness was just right, the fried eggs were nice and crispy outside, it was delicious.  It’s one of the recipes we have been having often since I learned it in a cooking class in Hong Kong, but we haven’t made it so often since we moved to England, probably because of the weather.
