Today’s dinner was Bibimbap – but a cheat version using a pack of the cooked vegetables and a sauce, so I just added mince beef and bean sprouts, as well as topping with a sunny side up egg (but failed!).  I thought there was enough cooked rice in the freezer but it was only for one and a half portions – but we decided to just have it rather than trying to come up with a different meal.  It quite a small portion but not too bad.
