さて、さて、いよいよ、楽しみでもあり少し緊張もしていた地中海クルーズ旅行です！今日はヒースロー空港、明日はバルセロナに飛んでバルセロナのホテルに2泊し、4月1日にクルーズ船に乗って13泊のクルーズが始まります。

So, our Mediterranean cruising holiday is finally starting! We are staying in a hotel at Heathrow tonight, fly for Barcelona, stay in a hotel in Barcelona for 2 nights, then get on the ship to start our 13 days of cruising holiday on the 1st April.

初めてのクルーズなので何もかも未経験ということで、いつもの旅行より緊張気味、そして、コロナ以来それほど旅行をしていないこともあって尚更緊張気味です。忘れ物はないかな？

As it’s the first time for us to be on a cruise we have been a little nervous. Also we haven’t travelled much since Covid, which makes us feel extra nervous. I hope we didn’t forget to pack anything…

予定の時間通り（というより、予定より早い時間に）予約していたタクシーが来て、空港ホテルまで1時間20分という短時間で到着しました。当日、自分たちの車で来るのに比べてストレスを感じずに済みました。

The taxi we’d booked arrived on time (quite a bit early actually) and it took us only an hour and 20 minutes from home to the airport hotel. Comparing to how it is when we come in our own car on the day, this was much more relaxing, we didn’t need to worry about anything.
