今日の夕食は、久しぶりの餃子でした。フライパンから滑らせて一度お皿に移すところまでは上手く行ったのですが、それをフライパンに逆さまにして戻してフライパンからもう一度お皿に滑らせようとしたときに崩れてしまい、ぐずぐずになりました（笑）。でも、味は美味しく焼けました。

Today’s dinner was Gyoza, we hadn’t had it for a while.  They looked good when I let them slip onto a plate from the frying pan, then turned them upside down back into the frying pan, but when I tried to slip them onto a plate again, they moved and got messed up!  Still, they were very tasty.
