今日はお昼から良いお天気になりました！でも、日が短いので「良いお天気だな。」と思っているとすぐに暗くなってしまいます。

It was cloudy in the morning but became very sunny in the afternoon.  However afternoons are very short these days, so not much time to enjoy the beautiful weather.

今日の午後、やっとインフルエンザの予防注射をして来ました。周りではほとんどの人がとっくに終わっていたのですが、なぜか早い時期に取れなかったのです。出来ればコルフ島に行く前に受けたかったのですが、今になりました。コルフ島でもロンドンでも何ももらわず、良かったです。

We finally had flu jabs this afternoon.  Most people around us had them much earlier but for some reason today was the earliest we could get, even though we booked it quite a long time ago.  I would have liked to get one before we went to Corfu but fortunately we didn’t get anything like a cold or flu in either Corfu or London.

今日の夕食は、冷蔵庫の中のものでパスタ、でした。茄子、トマト、パンチェッタ、ニンニクのパスタでした。とても美味しかったです。サラダは、夫作。

Today’s dinner was “kitchen sink pasta”.  Aubergine, tomato, pancetta, garlic.  Very tasty!  My husband made the salad.
